At Nuka, all garments are designed to be worn next-to-skin for optimal comfort and performance. For hygiene reasons, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Missing or Defective Items

We only accept exchange and refund when the item is missing from your order or factory defective. For these cases, please contact us for further arrangement.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing:
    • A close-up of the issue
    • The full garment
    • Packaging and label
